Welcome to the International Computer Science and Technology Conference scheduled for March 31st - April 2nd, 2009!
Formerly titled the International Conference on Computer Science and Its Applications, ICSTC has a sharpened focus in addition to a new name.
ICSTC aims to bring together a community of academics and industry practitioners who are creating innovative applications by integrating advances in computer science, software engineering, database, and business information technology.  These areas are reflected in the three main tracks of the conference program. Each track will feature specific research and/or application of design, implementation, methods, processes and systems that are emerging or have recently emerged in that area.
Researchers and practitioners from different backgrounds and countries will share their work on elements of new applications that can be derived from integrative activities.  Technical papers will be complemented by using panel discussions as catalysts for sharing and discussing novel solutions to emerging challenges.
